color charcoal of bird dog retrieving a pheasant

Most of the pet portraits that I create are done in pastels. It is a medium that gives me the softest approach to capturing the gentleness of each animal. However, Watercolors and Oils are the medium I recommend for doing the full body of an animal in a setting.
Doing the bust portrait of a pet is best to capture their characteristics. Whatever medium I do them in; I love to capture their expression in their eyes.
Charcoal of a droppy eyed basset hound. Charcoal of a boxer. Great charcoal of a puppy dog with those loveable eyes.
Charcoal of a colorful Maltese lap dog. Charcoal of a cats multiple posses. Black and white pencil sketch of two Akita's.
Charcoal of a Bengal Tiger laying down in the grass with her two cubs. Charcoal of a yawning husky puppy. Charcoal portrait of a bengal tiger, not quite a pet but a great image in charcoal.
Charcoal of a pomeranian lap dog. Charcoal bust of a Wolf. Bust charcoal of a Snow Leopard.
